Refunds:

At Pólicloth, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a simple refund process.

You have a 30-day period from the date of receipt to request a refund.

Product Condition:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact tags.

Proof of Purchase:

You will be asked for your order code, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to process any refund.

State the reason for the return and provide necessary information, such as the order number and product details.
Return Instructions:

Once the request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Refund Process:

Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund through the original payment method.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Pólicloth.
Defective or Incorrect Products:

If the received product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, according to your preference.
Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the preferred item.
